Here was float trip I did in the middle of November on the Au Sable River and we were hunting for Big Browns with streamers. This is post spawning time on this river and prime time for larger Brown Trout to be out looking for a big meal. Not a big numbers game but great way to put some good trout in the net. Watching them chase down a big streamers is just awesome – some eat it and some don’t. Next best time is early Spring and the month of April!
